The following routes are available for this service:
GET OPTIONS/speech/listVoices{Language*}{Name*}{Vendor*}{Age*}{Gender*}Filter on Language, Name, Vendor, Age or Gender
Serveral filters may be entered
Gender: Female, Male
Age: Child, Teen, Adult

Available language on server:

   - 414 : Norwegian (Bokmal)
   - 814 : Norwegian (Nynorsk)
   - 409 : English (United States)
